Over the years, I’ve developed a range of resources relating to my two specialist areas- infertility and baby loss and ADHD. I have also come across other people’s helpful resources. I have summarised these resources below for you:

Infertility and Baby Loss resources  Linktree

I offer a range of services for new parents, pregnant women and those who’ve suffered baby loss through therapy and coaching. There are also two support groups that I run every month. One is to emotionally support individuals who have lost a baby in pregnancy, labour or shortly after birth. The other group is to support parents pregnant again after loss/ and or adjusting to parenting after loss.

You can find a number of resources relating to infertility and baby loss in my Google Drive folder, full of PDFs for you to read and download. If you prefer a video format, my YouTube channel has several videos on the topic too.

If you’re an employer who isn’t sure how to support your employees after through baby loss, you may be interested in my free supporting employees after baby loss eBook.
